Dr Tshepo Teele is the Owner and President of Soft Skill International (SSI) and holds a PhD in Higher Education Studies, his research area focuses on the Agricultural Extension and Education looking at the teaching and learning of Agricultural Sciences in the basic, higher education and adult learning. He also holds a master’s degree where he specializes on Animal Reproduction Physiology. His undergraduate education is in Agricultural Management, majoring in Agricultural Management, Animal and Plant Production. Dr Teele held several positions in public and private sector including academic and researcher positions in higher education institutions.
